What type of payments do you accept?

 

We accept cash, debit or credit card, tips (as a form of gratuity), and our very own gift certificates. We do not accept checks or money orders. 

What do I wear?

 

What you choose to wear to your session is completely up to you. You will undress to your comfort level. Generally, this means being fully disrobed or wearing only underwear. The linens will be draped up to your collarbone and only the area being massaged will be exposed. Private parts will never be uncovered, as we do keep our sessions very professional.

What should I expect for the first visit?

 

For your first house call with Relax Houston, either Grisel or Hollye will be meeting you in your home/hotel to start the session. A consultation will be included to discuss more details about your health history, occupation, daily activities, and what your goals are for the massage. An intake form will be filled out as well as going over our policy packet. This packet contains agreements, consent forms, and what we don't do as licensed massage therapist, after reading it thoroughly you and/or  your guardian will sign it. Once all the paperwork is done, we will begin your session. 

What if I have more questions?

 

If you have more questions which are not listed on the FAQ's page, please feel free to contact either Hollye or Grisel to answer them for you. You can also ask these questions at your session.
